For Non-Members:

- Tap to "Join the MCFitness56 Day (8 Week) Challenge" tab.
- Complete the free sign-up.
NOTES:
- Your challenge plan will appear in your dashboard with a countdown timer (access opens 3 days before start).
- After the challenge, each member will continue with their tailored meal & workout plan.
- Subscriptions can be cancelled by giving 7 days’ notice if you don’t wish to continue.
