  1. Your challenge plan will appear in your dashboard with a countdown timer (access opens 3 days before start).

  2. After the challenge, each member will continue with their tailored meal & workout plan.

  3. Subscriptions can be cancelled by giving 7 days’ notice if you don’t wish to continue.
